Goal
Make the organization’s work and practical ways to get involved easy to find on a phone as well as a desktop.
What was built
- A responsive multi-page website with dedicated sections for the organization, soup kitchen, volunteering, collaboration, announcements and contact.
- An activities feed for newer updates and a separate archive for earlier stories, with detail pages where longer coverage is available.
- Campaign and activity layouts that pair source-specific photography or posters with dates, context and links to the original announcement when applicable.
Technical approach
- Organized current updates and archived stories so visitors can distinguish a recent announcement from the organization’s longer history.
- Checked the published pages at phone and desktop widths, keeping text, images and actions legible in both layouts.
- Used only verified public details in the presentation; the screenshots below show the published website as it appeared in October 2026.
