About
IT operations, infrastructure and software development
At Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, I support daily IT operations across hotel departments, internal systems and guest-facing technology. My work includes end-user support, workstation and printer setup, network troubleshooting with Ruckus and D-Link equipment, Microsoft 365, Opera PMS, Hikvision CCTV and assistance with IT infrastructure projects.
Outside the hotel, I build responsive websites, digital products and Windows software using React, TypeScript, Vite, Git and Netlify. I work on bilingual sites, deployment, performance, accessibility and SEO. At Boka Diving Academy, I assist instructors with courses, service and test diving equipment, and manage and maintain the academy’s website. I also volunteer with Dobrovoljno Vatrogasno Društvo Tivat.

Support daily hotel IT operations across departments, internal systems and guest-facing technology: end-user support, workstation and printer configuration, and network troubleshooting on Ruckus and D-Link equipment, alongside Microsoft 365, Opera PMS and Hikvision CCTV. Install, configure and maintain network equipment and end-user systems, resolve hardware, software and network issues, and assist with IT infrastructure projects. Daily technical support that keeps hotel operations stable and efficient.
