IT operations, infrastructure and software development
I work across hotel IT and software development. At Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort, I support people and systems that the hotel depends on every day, from workstations and networks to guest-facing technology. That operational perspective informs how I build digital tools: reliable in real use, clear to the people using them and maintainable after launch.
My projects include public websites for local organizations and FireNexa, a pilot platform for fire and rescue teams. I also assist with diving training, equipment service and the website at Boka Diving Academy, and volunteer with Dobrovoljno Vatrogasno Društvo Tivat. The work below shows the applications and sites behind these roles.

A local Windows assistant with a browser-based dashboard, FastAPI backend and approval-based tools, built to run privately on the user's own machine.
LoveFrame
A mobile-first digital gift that presents photos, videos and messages as a private web story shared by link or QR code.
Kotor Bay Whispers
A tourism website for private boat tours in Boka Bay, designed around clear tour information and direct mobile contact.
